Operations Team Member

About the role

As a member of the Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in the seamless execution of digital marketing and public relations campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with clients and publishers, as well as collaborating with the accounts team for billing purposes. This position requires a strong foundation in digital marketing and public relations to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Coordination:

  1. Work closely with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements.
  2. Ensure effective communication and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  3. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.

• Publisher Coordination:

  1. Liaise with publishers to negotiate and finalize digital advertising placements.
  2. Coordinate the delivery of creative assets and ensure timely implementation of campaigns.
  3. Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize performance and achieve client objectives.

• Accounts Team Collaboration:

  1. Communicate regularly with the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely billing for services rendered.
  2. Provide necessary documentation and information to facilitate the billing process.
  3. Address any discrepancies or issues related to billing in a proactive and timely manner.

• Client Servicing:

  1. Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the engagement.
  2. Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve campaign strategies and execution.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and public relations roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
